Welcome to Fodlife! My name is Anna and I’m glad you’re here. I hope this website is helpful and serves as a resource and source of ideas or inspiration. Fodlife was born out of my own struggles with gastrointestinal issues and resulting frustration, research, and experimentation. Gastrointestinal issues negatively affected me in nearly all facets of life including my mental health, physical health and personal and professional relationships. Eating low FODMAP has dramatically improved my quality of life. While incredibly helpful, eating low FODMAP is challenging and complex. Navigating complicating diet requirements amongst a busy life full of other priorities is hard! I share education, resources, recipes, food ideas, and experiences from my journey. Please take what you find useful and leave the rest.
